The Opportunity

Join us as a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house at Boom Boom Room. Bringing your passion for boutique hospitality and your flair for leadership to our subterranean sanctuary. You’ll work alongside the General Manager, Head Chef, and Group Beverage Director to elevate both service and ambiance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead with flair – Inspire, nurture, and mentor a front-of-house team that delivers energetic, immersive service.

• Operate with finesse – Oversee seamless nightly operations, from dinner to late-night sets with VIP private dining in spaces like The Vaults and Trumpet Room.

• Drive profitability – Monitor performance metrics, manage rostering, inventory, and POS systems, and implement strategic initiatives for growth.

• Elevate experiences – Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu flow and the Bar Manager on cocktail delivery to ensure standout guest moments.

• Uphold our promise – Maintain high standards in hygiene, WHS, and compliance in a vibrant, dynamic environment.

What You Bring

• A proven track record (2+ years) as a manager in a premium or concept-driven restaurant. This opportunity could also suit a passionate restaurant supervisor looking to progress.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to motivate teams and craft an atmosphere of creativity, warmth, and efficiency.

• Operational mastery, experienced with POS systems, rostering, stock control, and adhering to regulatory standards.

• A hospitality-first mindset, driven to create an amazing guest experience, evening after evening.

• Resilience under pressure, calm in the intensity of peak service, decisive in the face of change, and always strategic.

• Ability to communicate information precisely, delegating tasks, briefing the team, and handling guest interaction with clarity.
